Refunds

Pro starts with a 7-day free trial. Cancel before it ends and you will not be charged.

You can cancel in one tap in the app. You keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for, and you will not be charged again.

If you were charged by mistake, or forgot to cancel and have not used Pro since the renewal, ask within 7 days of the charge for a full refund. For quarterly and yearly plans, we will also consider partial refunds for unused months on request.

• Cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your exam.
• If the invigilator misses the exam or it fails for a technical reason on our side, you get a free retake or a full refund.
• No refund if you miss the exam without notice or the exam is stopped for breaking the rules.
• An exam that is completed but not passed is not refunded; you can book a retake.

Write to support@tilawahiq.com from your account email with the date of the charge. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 working days.
